MTAM

Minnesota is one of six states within the Great Lakes Region of the American Music Therapy Association (AMTA). Other  states include Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.

The purpose of this organization is to advance and support, on the state level, the goals of the AMTA, and to serve MTAM members by

1. working with national and state agencies to advance the profession;

2. training and educating music therapists by providing two CMTE workshops per year;

3. increasing networking opportunities.


Speakers Available

Members of MTAM are available to present on a variety of music therapy related topics.  Please contact Mike (musictherapymn@gmail.com) if you are interested in scheduling a presentation for your organization.
